- Assists with the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of complex data from multiple sources, enhancing the organization's ability to make strategic decisions through improved data quality and accessibility
- Handles complex datasets and scenarios with increased autonomy. Assists in building and refining complex data dashboards and reports, using a variety of tools to automate data collection and generate sophisticated reports. Contributes significantly to the development and efficiency of analytical processes, ensuring complex data insights are effectively presented to stakeholders
- Performs complex data investigations and performs analysis, identifying trends and variances that support the organization’s strategic initiatives. This includes managing data mining, validation, and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reports
- Assists in the delivery of business intelligence projects and change management initiatives, providing critical support within assigned areas to better align with organizational strategies. Participates in the implementation of new analytics tools and techniques
- Cultivates internal relationships by facilitating the presentation of complex data insights and developing advanced visual aids such as charts and graphs, which illustrate business, operations, customer and economic performance trends and support decision-making processes
- Continuously develops and shares knowledge of emerging trends and changes in data analytics, supporting and promoting change management and departmental initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility. Assists in the proactive identification of complex data-driven insights that can significantly improve customer experiences
