- Contributes to the development, documentation and implementation of increasingly complex projects in line with organization policies and strategies and requiring business or competitor understanding
- Develops project plans for projects that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements and monitors these from project initiation through completion to ensure clear definition, documentation and control of project scope
- Monitors issue escalations and identifies project risks, dependencies and project changes, ensuring timely scope validation, intervention and communication to stakeholders, proactively raising concerns
- Works with a multifunctional team in the delivery of projects, delivering on time, within budget and to agreed quality criteria
- Monitors project progress and budget against agreed quality and performance criteria through tracking project expenditures and status and sharing progress reports and performance metrics, providing all necessary information to enable well-informed decision making
- Facilitates effective working relationships between team members and wider business stakeholders, collecting and disseminating relevant information
- Reviews, suggests and executes process improvements and efficiencies with the engagement and delivery models
- Ensures project delivery activity complies with the commercial obligations, risks and interdependencies defined within external delivery contract for their projects.
