We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Managent 100% (m/w/d).
As our new Senior Specialist, Talent Managent, you are:
- Responsible for the entire HR function with a focus on recruitment, support, and personnel administration (onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, payroll, etc.) for all temporary employees
- Compliance with and implementation of client-specific HR guidelines, as well as leading and participating in HR projects
- Expert point of contact for social security and labor law matters for employees and line managers
- Professional support and consultancy for line managers on HR-relevant topics and inquiries regarding temporary employees
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the HR Assistant
- Optimizing processes between the client and Randstad Inhouse Services
- Sparring partner for the client and HR in all matters concerning temporary employees, including the development of solutions
- Two work locations: Bettlach & Le Locle
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience and profound knowledge in operational HR
- HR Federal Diploma (HR Fachausweis) and further advanced training are an advantage
- A persuasive, proactive and engaging personality with strong planning skills
- Highly service-oriented, flexible and quality-conscious
- Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate resilience in a very agile, fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Independence and a high sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you
- An open and forward-thinking personality with a proactive approach and new ideas for process optimization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide and receive feedback
- Open to new technologies/tools and maintains a positive attitude toward change
- Excellent German, French and English skills
