- Supports the creation of content for employee newsletters and communications under supervision. Helps write-up key messages and assists with the layout, production, and distribution processes
- Maintains part of the intranet site
- Supports execution of communication campaigns for various local or departmental events, providing logistical and content support as directed
- Supports in managing internal feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and suggestion boxes. Works under supervision to compile and report findings, helping to inform improvements in communication strategies and employee engagement efforts
- Supports the development and distribution of internal training communication materials. Collaborates with the communications team to ensure content is accurate and aligned with organizational standards, assisting with the organization of training sessions and documentation
- Supports retail stores and franchises by developing materials and methods to help them communicate effectively with their customers, ensuring alignment with company standards
