Processing extension requests, system onboarding, updating requisitions with any new information, system off boarding Responsible for cleaning VMS data, i.e. the supplier/candidate files in the VMS with the correct assignment information Mailbox management, liaising with suppliers who are in communication with the hiring managers Create new supplier registration process The candidates should have experience in VMS tools, ex: Fieldglass (creating job postings), talking to suppliers, and candidates, and guiding hiring managers as the MSP in the US and Canada. Helping hiring managers on the front-end process.Work Experience:2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service production setting requiredPrevious experience in staffing related industry preferredVNDLY experience required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Google SuiteStrong Excel and Google software skills Strong customer focus and customer service skillsExcellent organizational, and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills Ability to apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues, often with limited standardization Possess strong problem solving skillsDetail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvementsResults orientedAbility to work as a team or with minimal supervisionAbility to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and managementDemonstrates critical thinking, analytical and problem solving abilitiesIs this the job for you?
