In this high-impact consulting role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD automation pipelines specifically tailored for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. Serving as a mobile DevOps subject matter expert, you will streamline release engineering, automate build toolchains, and optimize developer workflows to ensure continuous, high-quality mobile software delivery. This position is ideal for a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer who pairs deep automation scripting skills (Python, Bash) and pipeline orchestration experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) with an in-depth understanding of mobile compilation and release frameworks.

Responsibilities
Mobile CI/CD & Pipeline Orchestration
Pipeline Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent enterprise orchestration tools.
Mobile Build Toolchain Optimization: Configure, troubleshoot, and streamline iOS and Android build toolchains, optimizing compilation, code signing, testing, and deployment workflows.
Scripting & Automation: Write, test, and maintain robust automation scripts in Python and Bash to support build environments, artifact management, and release validation.
Platform Support & Collaboration
Daily Agile Engagement: Participate in daily team standups and technical alignment sessions (averaging ~2 hours of collaborative meetings per day).
Developer Enablement: Work closely with internal mobile development pods to diagnose build failures, improve local developer environments, and reduce pipeline execution times.
Release & Infrastructure Stability: Monitor pipeline reliability, implement build performance enhancements, and maintain secure, reproducible build environments.
Qualifications
DevOps / SRE Experience: 5+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Specialty Developer focusing on CI/CD automation.
Mobile Toolchain Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of native iOS and Android build toolchains, compilation parameters, signing certificates, and mobile provisioning profiles.
Pipeline Orchestration Mastery: Advanced proficiency with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent enterprise CI/CD platforms.
Automation Scripting: Hands-on, practical expertise writing and maintaining scripts using Python and Bash.
Soft Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities; a self-motivated, highly organized self-starter with acute attention to detail.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience within a Tier-1 Bank, Financial Institution, or Fintech organization.
Experience with macOS administration and infrastructure for iOS build agents.
Working knowledge of Azure Cloud Services (including Azure App Services and cloud network architectures).
Exposure to modern deployment patterns (e.g., Blue/Green, Active/Active) and AI-driven development tools.
