Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to a capped caseload of up to 12 foster families.
- Conduct meaningful monthly visits and therapeutic placement planning.
- Form F assessments and annual reviews produced to an "Outstanding" regulatory standard.
- Participate in a balanced out-of-hours rota that is supported by a robust clinical management tier.
What You Bring to the Team
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualifying experience within an IFA or Local Authority Fostering setting.
- Valid Social Work England (SWE) registration and a recognised Social Work degree.
- A deep understanding of the impact of trauma and a commitment to "Direct Work" with children and families.
- A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
