Responsibilities
- IAM Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans tailored to identity document validation, Single Sign-On (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Execution & Automation: Perform a mixture of manual and automated testing. Maintain and execute Selenium scripts to ensure efficient regression cycles for SaaS platforms.
- Identity Verification: Test complex scenarios for identity assurance, including document verification accuracy, integration with client systems, and mobile usability.
- Defect Management: Oversee the full defect lifecycle using Azure DevOps (VSTS), from initial identification through vendor resolution and verification.
- Security & Compliance: Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities in authentication processes and ensure AODA (WCAG 2.0) compliance using tools like WAVE.
- Technical Analysis: Analyze web applications using HAR files and test RESTful APIs using Postman, SQL, and XML/JSON data transformation techniques.
- Stakeholder Briefing: Lead defect review meetings and brief management on test results, risks, and strategies to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Qualifications
- IAM Mastery: 10+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving QA problems in large-scale Identity and Access Management systems.
- Technical Stack: Demonstrated experience with Okta, identity federations, provisioning, and enterprise-level verification services (e.g., Interac, IDVerse).
- Large-Scale Testing: 10+ years of QA experience on COTS and SaaS-based systems supporting implementations for 10,000+ users.
- Automation & Tools: Proficiency in Selenium for automation and Azure DevOps/VSTS for test management and defect tracking.
- API & Data: Extensive experience testing RESTful APIs and working with SQL, JSON, and XML schemas.
- Accessibility & Security: Proven track record in AODA/WCAG testing and conducting security-focused QA for identity document verification.
- ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Change, Release, and Problem Management.
