- Support hiring for US-based operations, specifically for New York and Carlsbad locations from India.
- Focus on non-technical roles such as graders, pre- and post-grading resources, along with some technical hiring
Experience & Skill Requirements
- Candidates should have experience recruiting for the US market while based in India
- Strong emphasis on:
- Communication and accent clarity
- Ability to communicate, influence, and onboard candidates effectively
- Target experience: 7–10 years overall
- At least 2 - 3 years of team-handling experience.
Shift & Work Model
- Roles will require evening/night shift alignment with US time zones
- Shift flexibility is mandatory
- The company provides:
- Pick-up and drop facilities
- Security escort till the employee safely enters their residence
- Currently, 30–40 employees already work night shifts under this secure model
Budget & Flexibility
- Open to reviewing slightly higher-budget candidates if they come with:
- Strong pedigree
- Relevant US hiring exposure
- Excellent communication skills
