- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance, continuous skill development, and adherence to best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent using diverse sourcing channels such as job portals, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with business and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely closures within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders to assess recruitment progress, pipeline quality, and process effectiveness.
- Oversee the posting, updating, and maintenance of job advertisements across platforms to ensure consistent employer branding and visibility.
- Ensure seamless coordination of interviews and candidate communication throughout the selection process, maintaining a superior candidate experience.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of hire to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (consultants, vendors, and institutions) to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and technology adoption to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
