- Develop and manage the strong relationship with business leaders, Hiring Managers, and other HR teams;
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end recruitment process for assigned openings across various business groups/functions, and provide talent acquisition solutions to fulfill business needs in a highly efficient and effective manner;
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for key areas in anticipation of hiring needs
- Execute highly effective interviews and selection leveraging various selection tools and improve the quality of hires through a strong and thorough interview process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools, and reporting, and ensure recruiting process compliance
- Critically evaluating recruiting data and metrics to derive insights and make informed decisions in recruitment strategy and plan to drive operation model and process efficiency, innovation, and quality.
