As a Talent Advisor within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, you will occupy a unique, strategic position in the talent landscape. Unlike traditional recruitment where the focus is on headhunting and candidate relationships, the MSP model is about managing the infrastructure of a company’s entire contingent workforce. We act as the centralized hub—the strategic partner—that bridges the gap between our client and a vast network of external staffing suppliers.
In this role, you aren’t sourcing the candidates; you are orchestrating the process. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent hiring, from the moment a business need is identified to the worker's onboarding and final offboarding. You will act as the guardian of program guidelines, ensuring that every placement is compliant, every requisition is accurate in our Vendor Management System (VMS), and every supplier delivers according to our rigorous performance standards. ... - Operational Backbone: Manage the end-to-end request process in our Vendor Management System (VMS). From the initial requisition to the final onboarding, you ensure every step is captured accurately.
- Administrative Follow-Up: This role requires a high degree of organizational rigor. You will own the administrative lifecycle of contractor placements, ensuring all compliance procedures, documentation, and reporting are handled with precision.
- Process Integrity: Act as the guardian of our program guidelines. You will monitor performance, ensure SLAs are met, and guarantee that the client’s workforce compliance and governance requirements are strictly followed.
- Streamlined Collaboration: Unlike traditional high-touch roles, this position focuses on efficiency. You will maintain clear, effective communication with hiring managers and suppliers, providing guidance on program processes and policy without the need for complex, heavy-touch stakeholder negotiation.
- Data & Reporting: Leverage your Excel skills to maintain program health, track supplier performance, and provide clear reporting to support decision-making.
Who You Are
- Process-Oriented: You have a natural ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously without losing sight of the details. You don’t just "do" tasks; you own the process.
- Administrative Pro: You are highly organized and comfortable handling a high volume of administration. Accuracy is your baseline, not a goal.
- Experienced in Contingent Labor: You have 2-3 years of experience in an MSP, staffing, or recruitment environment, specifically sourcing or managing contingent workers.
- System Savvy: You are a confident user of VMS tools and Excel.
- Clear Communicator: You communicate effectively in both English and Dutch (French is a plus). You are able to guide stakeholders clearly and keep everyone aligned on program rules.
