As company continue expanding their footprint and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels across Japan, they are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Tax Manager to oversee Japan Corporate Tax matters. 【Key Responsibilities】•Manage corporate tax, consumption tax, and tax accounting activities for the Japan business.•Ensure timely tax compliance, reporting, and support internal and external audits. •Advise business stakeholders on tax implications of commercial and cross-border transactions. •Manage relationships with external tax advisors and monitor changes in Japanese tax regulations.

求められる経験
•Japan Local Tax experience inhouse and/or consulting firm.
•Strong knowledge of Japanese corporate tax, indirect tax, and tax accounting.
•Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
•Proactive approach and improvement-mind-set.
•Strong stakeholder management skills.
