Het is de ambitie om hét bureau te zijn waar pensioenfondsen vanzelfsprekend naartoe gaan om hun deelnemers en werkgevers te bereiken en aan zich te verbinden, om samen als partners te bouwen aan een financieel duurzame toekomst. Verspreid over twee locaties in het Noorden en het Zuiden van het land wordt er gewerkt in teams met focus op een of meerdere fondsen. Voor het team dat de communicatie en content voor pensioenfondsen ABP en PWRI verzorgt, is Yacht exclusief, in samenwerking met de opdrachtgever, op zoek naar een senior communicatieadviseur / regievoerder communicatie. Met de invoering van een nieuw pensioenstelsel gaat er de komende jaren heel wat veranderen voor deelnemers en werkgevers. Hoe zorg je ervoor dat regelingen duidelijk zijn voor werkenden en gepensioneerden, werkgevers en overige stakeholders? Kun jij complexe zaken vertalen naar begrijpelijke boodschappen? Dan is dit de functie voor jou!  Wat ga je doen?Als senior communicatieadviseur / regievoerder communicatie ben je samen met een team van communicatieprofessionals verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van (complexe) communicatieprojecten. Vanuit je expertise adviseer je collega’s en klanten over onderwerpen als duurzaam en verantwoord beleggen, de financiële situatie van pensioenfondsen, veranderingen in regelingen en wetgeving, en andere vraagstukken. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert plannen om de zichtbaarheid en positionering van de fondsen te versterken.In samenwerking met pensioendeskundigen en juristen ontwikkel je beleidsadviezen en bewaak je of het beleid in lijn is met de belangen van deelnemers en werkgevers. Je coördineert de uitvoering van de communicatiestrategie en zorgt dat content en communicatiemiddelen via een soepel proces tot stand komen. Je geeft daarbij functioneel sturing aan een team van 5 à 8 communicatieprofessionals.
