• Proven Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience supporting young people in crisis or managing complex, deregulated behaviours.
• De-escalation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, make safe decisions, and protect boundaries.
• Core Safeguarding Knowledge: Full understanding of boundary management, trauma impact, and proactive care strategies.
• Clear Compliance: Active registration under the PVG scheme (or willingness to apply).
• Licence & Transport: A full UK driving licence with business insurance is strongly preferred.
