The Care village is CQC rated good all over and are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Salary £43,000 to £45,000 Hours 5 out of 7 days 4 days 8am to 5pm 1 day 8am to 1:30pm As a Clinical Nurse Manager some of your duties will be to: To promote the ethos of: * Person Centred Care. * Protection and Support of the Health needs of Individuals. * Assessment of care and health care needs. * Development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. To plan and coordinate expert clinical care for people within the nursing and residential areas. To ensure adequate staffing levels across the whole site and take responsibility for effective staff cover both on the nursing and residential areas. To work as part of the Clinical Services Team to further develop and improve the service, providing support for team leaders and social care staff. To develop team management skills and take part in unit cover as required in all areas.
