Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Statutory Reporting• Lead and hands-on participate in day-to-day accounting operations, including generalledger, AP/AR, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, taxes, and other areas• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy andtimely delivery in line with local GAAP and Group standards• Ensure statutory financial statements and disclosures provide a true and fair view• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditor and tax consultant, Leadingall audit and tax-related matters.• Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and settlements in accordancewith Group policiesInternal Control System (ICS) & Compliance• Establish, maintain, and enhance effective internal control systems (ICS) overaccounting, financial reporting, and payments• Ensure compliance with Group policies, internal procedures, and applicable localregulationsCash, Payments & Receivables• Lead cooperation with Controlling, Treasury, and business stakeholders to ensuretimely execution of payments and sound cash management• Ensure clear ownership and effective processes for monitoring and collection ofoverdue receivablesCooperation with Controlling & Business Partners• Provide clear accounting guidance to internal stakeholders and support informeddecision-making• Ensure management has access to accurate, transparent, and reliable financialinformationTeam Leadership & Process Improvement• Lead, develop, and coach the accounting team, fostering accountability, accuracy, andcompliance• Define roles, responsibilities, and ownership within the accounting function• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, systems, and documentationto strengthen efficiency and internal controls
