We are looking for VMS Specialist to join our Global Financial and Knowledge services team.
VMS Specialist Job Description:
Gathering job related information from VMS portals and posting that information into Application
tracking systems
Update job related notifications real-time in the internal ATS from VMS portals
Perform submissions in the client VMS portals as per account specifications
Calculate bill/pay rates and update as per client markups
Calculate bill/pay rates and update as per client markups
Performing quality check of the profiles before submitting in client portals
Interact with various account managers and ensure proper communications across all assigned
accounts
Update job status in Application tracking systems
Reporting to:
● Team Lead (or above)
Shift Timings:
● 8:30 pm -5:30 am IST
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Attention to Detail
Comfortable working in multiple systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products such as Gmail, Google Sheets, and shared drives
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to respond to customer needs with speed and accuracy

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree
● Prior experience in US back office HR operations
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing tasks as mentioned in the earlier sections of job description
● Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
● Basic excel and reporting
