• Leads teams managing mid to large sized projects and programs around standardization, process management and conversions, reviews completed tasks and overall accomplishments for technical accuracy and adherence to previously established goals
• Anticipates challenges and potential conflicts
• Leads short-term deep dives with cross-functional project teams to structure and executes analyses needed to develop recommendations
• Leads process to champion business methodologies, organization- and process enhancements with senior stakeholders
• Leads the strategic execution of acquisition conversions across the enterprise, ensuring successful integration and alignment with organizational objectives while managing complex, high-impact projects
• Demonstrates depth and breadth of understanding of the organization technologies as well as market/ industry standards, stays abreast of market best practices
• Reviews and determines data conversion standards and protocols, identifies exceptions case and develops frameworks promote sales and delivery excellenceGrade Descriptor

• Provides leadership and direction to a team / business area of senior level professionals and/or subordinate managers performing multiple and/or diverse and complex disciplines
