- Ensures issuance of HR related documents (e.g., employment contracts, addendums, certificates)
- Participates in HR operational processes across the employee life cycle including pre-hire, onboarding, movement, offboarding, personnel file management
- Provides clerical, statistical, and administrative support to HR (e.g., data statistics, documents archiving)
- Responds to the full range of HR-related enquiries from employees, including questions about HR policies, procedures
- Supports straightforward employee disciplinary processes in accordance with policies and legal requirements
- Supports compliance with HR policies and straightforward procedures, as well as local labour laws and regulations
- Assists in managing straightforward employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and other insurance, and retirement plans as well as with general payroll administrative tasks, including processing payroll changes in the payroll system Grade Descriptor
- Requires in-depth knowledge in specialized disciplines / job functions
- Applies extensive skills and expertise in a range of complex concepts, processes, procedures and systems
- May coordinate work, providing guidance and/or training to more junior team members
- Works autonomously based on existing practices, precedents or procedures; may provide input for improvements
