• Assists with the screening and interviews of blue-collar candidates within the framework of the short-term position specification
• Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing local-based candidate expertise and short-term career potential to match specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests
• Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders
• Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and adjust approaches accordingly to attract blue-collar candidates
• Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify blue-collar candidates with limited online presence
• Develops relationships with blue-collar candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process
• Communicates effectively the Operational position opportunity and client value proposition to blue-collar candidatesGrade Descriptor
• Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
• Performs assignments using existing procedures
• Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
• Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
