We are looking for motivated and communicative German speaking Recruitment Coordinators to cooperate with recruiters and support candidates.
You will be responsible for:
- Scheduling interviews
- Travel arrangements
- Supporting travel reimbursement process
- Organizing badges and onsite visits
- Close cooperation with recruiters/candidates/hiring mangers
What we need from you:
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience working with ATS system nice to have
- Being detailed oriented and very good organization skills
- Service-oriented mind-set
- Previous experience in administration, back office experience or hospitality or customer service nice to have
- Ready to work full-time and in hybrid mode from Budapest (1 per week in the office)
- Immediate joiners preferred
