about the jobThis is a dedicated Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project for a market-leading Randstad client and global leader in the aerospace industry. In this Business Services Specialist role, you will be part of a unique hybrid and cross-border team structure. Collaborating closely to deliver high-quality recruitment operations and candidate engagement, half of our dedicated project team is based on-site in Germany, while the other half operates from Budapest. You will join this high-performance environment focused on service excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and operational efficiency for our confidential global partner.
what you will do- Manage daily communication with stakeholders and clients in both German and English, ensuring professional and efficient correspondence.
- Act as a Recruitment Coordinator, responsible for monitoring, sorting, and managing inquiries from the central career email inbox.
- Maintain data integrity within the Workday ATS, including assigning recruiters, performing status updates, and tracking requisition lifecycles.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by drafting job postings and coordinating briefing calls and meetings.
- Oversee the pre-hire documentation process, including the collection and verification of CVs, diplomas, and criminal records.
- Support the background check process and coordinate travel reimbursements for candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and manage administrative support for Early Careers assignments.
- Oversee general ATS and inbox management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Previous hands-on experience in a similar role, or hands-on experience in a customer support and/or call center role within an office environment (not entry-level).
- Exceptional fluency in both English and German (written and verbal), with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy in data administration and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage urgency, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain proactivity.
