- Leads large and/or complex finance projects and monitors outcomes against set objectives
- Provides sound expert advice and insights to carry out regular financial risk assessments and diligent execution of controls and mitigations, proactively raising any concerns
- Ensures coaching, training and upskilling of Finance Professionals
- Participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a financial subject matter expert
- Anticipates business trends, assess risks and recommend solutions and contingency plans to ensure meeting financial and business objectives
- Leads on robust financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance support strategic decision making
- Communicates complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-finance stakeholders
