Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a
Global Digital Learning Platform Administrator (Dutch speaker)
how you will contribute
... - As the Global Digital Learning Platform Administrator within our Talent COE, you are the backbone of our digital learning ecosystem. You will ensure the seamless functional use of our learning platforms, managing everything from license allocation to complex system integrations. By identifying innovative enhancements and maintaining data integrity, you ensure that our global workforce has frictionless access to the tools they need to grow. You act as a critical bridge between L&D, IT, and external vendors, turning technical requirements into high-impact learning experiences.
your typical day includes
- System Stewardship: Managing user lifecycles, license levels, and group allocations to ensure every learner has the right access at the right time.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Acting as the first line of technical support for global users and troubleshooting SCORM, API, or access issues.
- Data Orchestration: Running complex reports, managing the financial recharge process based on usage, and ensuring our global compliance data is bulletproof.
- Collaboration: Partnering with regional "platform champions" to gather feedback and overseeing the testing of system patches to ensure zero disruption to our customizations.
your responsibilities include
LMS Administration (80%):
- Oversee the operational status of the software and communicate policy or procedure updates to all stakeholders.
- Maintain the relationship with platform vendors, overseeing upgrades and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage monthly license ordering, allocation, and the internal recharge process for accurate business unit billing.
- Ensure platform data integrity and support regional/global compliance reporting.
Learning Program Support (15%):
- Manage the "back-office" of learning: session scheduling, waitlists, invitations, and attendance tracking.
- Supervise content from providers like Udemy, Skillsoft, or Coursera, ensuring materials are up-to-date and correctly targeted.
- Collect and analyze program evaluations to support ROI discussions.
Innovation & Strategy (5%):
- Evaluate platform effectiveness regarding accessibility, interactivity, and application.
- Stay abreast of digital trends (mobile, social, informal learning) to expand our digital offering.
your background
- Proven experience in LMS or Content Management System administration on a global scale.
- Deep technical knowledge of SCORM requirements, APIs, and LRMs.
- Experience working with enterprise-level content providers (e.g., Udemy, Skillsoft, Coursera).
- A track record of developing and implementing efficient business processes.
- Experience operating within an international or complex global corporate environment.
key capabilities
- Technical Proficiency: Strong systems analysis skills and the ability to test/validate system patches and fixes.
- Project Management: Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously—planning, organizing, and prioritizing with ease.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analytics, reporting, and researching new technological solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills for interacting with both technical IT teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
key relationships
- Talent COE Leadership: To align platform strategy with global talent goals.
- Global IT Team: Serving as the technical liaison for system integrations and security.
- Regional Operational Champions: To ensure local needs are met and system updates are understood.
- External Vendors: Managing service levels and product roadmaps with LMS and content providers.
your competencies
- Analytical Thinking: You don't just see data; you see patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Focus: You are dedicated to providing a seamless experience for the end-learner.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with evolving technologies.
- Collaborative Spirit: You work effectively across borders and functions to achieve a common goal.
