HR Operations Specialist (German & English Speaking)

how you will contribute
- As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our employee lifecycle management. You’ll provide essential HR support by maintaining meticulous employee records, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring our operational delivery is seamless. You are the person who brings order to data and clarity to our internal processes.
your typical day includes
- You will start your day navigating our HRIS systems (Workday), ensuring that every piece of employee data is accurate and up to date. You’ll spend time identifying and resolving straightforward operational issues, generating reports for stakeholders, and collaborating with the team to ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.
your responsibilities include
- Data Management: Ensuring all employee data and documents are managed properly and securely.
- Problem Solving: Identifying issues in straightforward situations and making sound decisions based on standard procedures.
- Reporting: Creating, running, and providing standard reports to internal stakeholders to drive data-based decisions.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitoring HR systems and taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Team Support: Impacting the wider team through the quality and accuracy of the information and services you provide.
your background
- Language Skills: Fluent/Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: At least 1 year of HR Operations experience OR a degree in Human Resources.
- Technical Savvy: An expert in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets. Familiarity with the Google environment (Docs, Hangouts, etc.) is a must.
- Systems: Experience with Workday is a significant advantage. Experience with SAP or Oracle is also highly valued.
- Legal: You must have the legal right to work in Hungary.
