What You’ll Be Doing:
- Daily Human Connection: Engage in frequent, everyday phone contact with colleagues and recruiters. You will be the "go-to" person for Dutch-speaking communication.
- Empathetic Sourcing: Build and manage talent pipelines by understanding the unique needs, dreams, and motivations of the candidates you engage with.
- Daily Administration: Handle essential HR administrative tasks with precision, ensuring that candidate data, sourcing trackers, and internal records are kept up to date.
- Collaborative Partnering: Work side-by-side with internal recruitment teams to align sourcing strategies.
- Service Excellence: Balance professional efficiency with a warm, helpful approach, ensuring every colleague and candidate feels heard and supported.
