how you will contribute
- As an Internal Talent Attraction Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition engine. Based in our growing Global Capability Center (GCC), you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging the best internal talent for our Swiss market. You will work closely with international recruitment teams to deliver top-tier profiles that align with both specific skill requirements and Randstad’s unique company culture.
your typical day includes
- Talent Scouting: Diving into LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal databases to find high-potential candidates across Europe.
- Strategic Alignment: Connecting with recruitment partners in Switzerland to understand specific regional needs and cultural nuances.
- Candidate Engagement: Conducting initial outreach and validating candidate expectations regarding compensation and career growth.
- Market Intelligence: Mapping the talent landscape to stay ahead of hiring trends and competitor movements.
- Process Management: Updating sourcing trackers and ensuring a seamless flow of quality profiles to hiring managers.
your responsibilities include
- Proactively building and managing strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs in Switzerland.
- Delivering quality candidate profiles aligned with role requirements and cultural fit.
- Monitoring conversion rates and ensuring timely submissions of high-potential candidates.
- Validating candidate expectations and ensuring alignment with compensation structures.
- Upholding service excellence by meeting and exceeding internal benchmarks and KPIs.
- Maintaining accurate sourcing trackers to provide visibility on performance and progress.
your background
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume or agency settings.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in German and English is essential
- Tech Savvy: Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Workday is highly preferred.
- Education: A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
