Are you ready to lead the operational delivery for the company that powers the world’s digital and AI evolution?
As an Operations Manager at Randstad Sourceright, you won’t just manage a contract; you will be part of a passionate and leading global recruitment company and contribute to shaping the future of our partner, a leading Dutch semiconductor equipment manufacturer. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-impact environment where you manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, lead a dedicated team, and drive strategic stakeholder management, this role is for you.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will be the operational cornerstone of our partnership with this Dutch tech pioneer, ensuring a premium experience for both our client and our internal delivery teams. As a trusted strategic operations leader, you will manage, guide, and develop an on-site team of talent advisors dedicated to Manufacturing departments and/or the Talent Engagement (early talents) portfolio, and oversee high-impact, project-based recruitment campaigns. You will lead a brand-new, high-performing team in the south of the Netherlands, working on a hybrid model (with a requirement of two days on-site).
