• Conducts in-depth research to identify and map potential prospects using various sourcing techniques and tools including but not limited to mapping, candidate referral, networking, and other channels
• Develops key network relationships both internally and externally, including but not limited to industry agency contacts, industry association, tertiary education sources and network groups
• Executes the recruitment for hard-to-fill or senior-level roles for the assigned area
• Handles escalated stakeholders and candidate issues, demonstrating problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Facilitates interview debrief sessions at all stages with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure comprehensive evaluation and feedback
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates to minimize the time required to fill open positions optimizing filling efficiency
• Reviews current hiring processes data, provides advice on operational efficiency enhancementGrade Description
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic understanding of related disciplines
• Solves a range of problems through applying technical and/or functional experience and guided by precedents
• May lead small projects or project steps within a broader project
• Works independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems
• Provides support and guidance to team members
• Impacts quality and effectiveness of customer, operational, project/program or service activities within own team and other related teams
