• Ensures that consistent communications with candidates are maintained throughout the recruitment process to help keep candidates engaged and well-informed
• Executes multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements
• Creates targeted campaigns for passive candidates who may have submitted their email on Randstad's website's contact form for previous positions, or for candidates with limited online presence
• Looks for recent press releases from key/ assigned clients to better select and brief candidates against roles
• Sources passive candidates for temporary positions, focusing on blue-collar candidates with a local-based expertise
• Manages candidate expectations effectively and ensures timely, constructive feedback, particularly for candidates in temporary positions
• Supports to define the ideal candidate profile based on the required skills, experience, and characteristics for the project-based role assigned
• Advertises job vacancies by crafting clear job descriptions using relevant job boards and social media platforms, tailored to the project-based needs of small- and mid-sized clients
• Is good with usage of AI for creating Market Intel and sourcing pipeline
• Strong with Tech Hiring skillsGrade Descriptor
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic understanding of related disciplines
• Solves a range of problems through applying technical and/or functional experience and guided by precedents
• May lead small projects or project steps within a broader project
• Works independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems
• Provides support and guidance to team members
• Impacts quality and effectiveness of customer, operational, project/program or service activities within own team and other related teams
