- Reconciles customer and vendor statements, addresses discrepancies, and resolves invoice-related issues to ensure all payments have been made by the customers. Verifies invoice details, such as PO number, amounts, terms, and coding, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assists in the accounts receivable aging analysis. Collects trade customer accounts receivable payments and takes action with past due balances
- Maintains AP or AR ledger accounts and financial statements while reporting and assisting with year-end cutoff reviews and audits
- Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and escalates to ensure timeliness of payments. Responds to inquiries regarding payment services, supplier enablement and credit card and expense report administration
- Handles inquiries from vendors about invoices and payments
