- Serves as a point of contact for candidates answering more complex questions related to Digital roles and escalates as required
- Sifts profiles for Digital roles assigned, monitors applications, and progresses candidates aligned with the required qualifications
- Prepares shortlists of talent pools for the team to conduct career conversations and interviews, by reviewing resumes of passive and active candidates
- Provides regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and progress to senior stakeholders, focusing large scale global accounts
- Ensures that all candidate sourcing activities adhere to company policies and labor laws
- Coordinates candidate reference checks, identification and eligibility to work before referral to clients
- Supports the implementation and adherence to data privacy policies and procedures throughout the sourcing process, especially for permanent placements in global environments Grade Descriptor
