• Has specialized depth and breadth of expertise in business, financials, services, various markets or the needs/challenges of assigned clients. Conducts in-depth consultations with prospects, clients and client account teams to understand their recruitment challenges and propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives in one of the target industries such as logistics, warehousing, supply chain and manufacturing, leveraging Enterprise' expertise in sourcing skilled, operational and reliable talent suited to such high-demand environments
• Implements advanced quality checks and coordinates with the team to resolve data discrepancies, playing a key role in maintaining data integrity for seamless client experiences and effective lead tracking. Monitors sales KPIs (calls, meetings, leads generated) and reports progress regularly to management, identifying areas for improvement within the operational staffing market
• Collaborates with internal, cross-functional teams - including operational recruitment specialists, account managers, and industry consultants - with expertise in logistics, manufacturing, supply chain and warehousing - to identify and deliver customized solutions that meet client and prospect needs and drive business growth. Provides mentorship to team members on cross-selling techniques and fosters a culture focused on delivering holistic staffing solutions to clients
• Anticipates future trends by analyzing market dynamics, competition, and alternative solutions within clients’ operational industries. Conducts in-depth account discovery based on the ideal prospect profile, documenting account intelligence using designated sales tools. Develops a comprehensive understanding of key clients' hiring needs (for instance, short or long-term placements) based on these analyses, helping tailor recruitment approaches and increasing win opportunities
• Drives the identification and pursuit of opportunities for mid-term and cross-selling diverse recruitment services within the market or industry of focus
• Represents Enterprise at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads
• Builds and maintains relationships with department managers, plant managers and HR leaders of medium-sized businesses, ensuring their recruitment needs are identified and addressed by providing tailored, multi-layered staffing solutions that support clients’ evolving workforce needs in industries with high operational demand
• Inputs to annual sales forecasts based on pipeline activity and client discussions, reporting progress and projected revenues to senior managementGrade Descriptor
