The Opportunity: The All-Round Talent Engine
We are breaking down the wall between "Sourcing" and "Coordination." We don't want a recruiter who just posts jobs, nor do we want a coordinator who just clicks buttons.
We are looking for an All-Round Sourcing Recruiter who wants ownership of the talent pipeline. You will be the mastermind who uncovers elite passive talent, engages them in their native language, manages stakeholder relationships with busy hiring managers, and ensures a flawless, high-touch interview process from first contact to offer stage.
What You Will Do (Your Impact)
1. The Talent Hunt & Engagement (60%)
- Advanced Sourcing: Hunt for top-tier passive talent across the DACH region and global markets using Boolean logic, X-ray searching, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local digital networks.
- Bilingual Outreach: Craft highly personalized, compelling engagement strategies in both German and English to achieve market-leading candidate response rates.
- Screening & Qualifying: Conduct initial exploratory calls to assess candidate motivations, technical aptitude, and cultural alignment with a world-class tech organization.
2. Candidate Experience & Process Execution (40%)
- End-to-End Coordination: Act as the project manager for the interview lifecycle. You’ll align complex calendars, set up technical assessments, and bridge the gap between candidates and international hiring managers.
- Operations & Compliance: Manage background check/pre-employment compliance tasks and utilize internal enterprise systems (like SAP Fieldglass) to ensure clean data management and smooth onboarding.
- Logistics Champion: Oversee candidate travel arrangements for cross-border interviews when necessary, ensuring an elite, hospitable experience from start to finish.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- The Bilingual Partner: Full professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is non-negotiable. You can seamlessly switch between deep technical conversations in English and localized cultural networking in German.
- The Recruitment Background: Proven experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity. We typically look for a baseline of 2 to 4 years of commercial experience, but we prioritize drive, agility, and technical curiosity over rigid years on a resume.
- Market Familiarity: Strong familiarity with the DACH region and experience navigating fast-paced, matrixed, or global corporate structures.
- Nice-to-Have: Previous exposure to full-cycle recruiting, agency-side sourcing, or a background dealing with high-volume technical/hospitality operations.
- The Adaptable Mindset: You thrive on variety. You are just as energized by finding an elusive software engineer on LinkedIn as you are organized when handling a last-minute schedule change.
