Operating directly from the client’s production facility, you will act as a vital strategic partner, crafting future-proof talent strategies while steering day-to-day recruitment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and supply chain environment.
About the RoleAs a Senior Talent Advisor, you won’t just fill vacancies—you will shape how our client views the talent market. You will manage a diverse, fast-moving recruitment portfolio consisting of a 60/40 mix of blue-collar and white-collar roles, spanning technical fields like engineering and robotics.
By bringing data insights and market knowledge, you will craft sustainable talent strategies, advise senior stakeholders, and mentor a junior talent advisor on the team to foster continuous professional growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner independently with Senior Leaders, Department Heads, and HR Directors. Act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing recruitment challenges and designing sustainable talent strategies.
- Portfolio Execution: Navigate a dynamic, high-volume environment managing both blue-collar operations and specialized white-collar/technical requisitions (Engineering, Robotics).Leveraging strategic account development and account performance with RSR program manager
- Data & Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market insights, internal data, and external trends to build advanced reports, optimizing processes to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Team Mentorship: Provide guidance, onboarding, and day-to-day coaching to the junior talent advisor aligned with our leadership framework.
- Operational Excellence: Leading day-day operations, sole decision-making on day to day operations. Monitor regular performance scorecards, manage SLAs/KPIs, ensure strict VMS compliance, and drive an exceptional candidate experience.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of senior-level recruitment experience. A strong background within RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments is highly preferred.
- Portfolio Agility: Proven comfort or adaptability in handling a blended mix of blue-collar and white-collar/technical sourcing. (Industry-specific certifications or local regulations are not required upfront—you can learn these on the job!).
- On-Site Presence: Ability to work regularly on-site at the client’s production facility, embracing a traditional, highly collaborative in-person environment.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated track record of translating complex data into effective talent acquisition strategies and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required to support our global community standards.
