Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to join our Strategic Implementation Management Services (SIMS) team. In this role, you will act as a Squad Lead, driving full-lifecycle global VMS implementations for enterprise Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs, leading a dedicated technical squad, and delivering consultative solutions to executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end implementation of complex VMS/ATS/CRM technology solutions across multi-country enterprise accounts, managing 1 to 4 active projects concurrently depending on scope.
- Squad Leadership & Coaching: Serve as Squad Lead for a dedicated team (including Data Analysts and Finance & Invoice Analysts), fostering a collaborative delivery environment and mentoring junior Tech PMs and team members. Work closely with operational teams to support and enhance existing client accounts (MSP & RPO).
- Technical VMS Solutioning: Lead end-to-end system rollouts, tenant environment setups, integration workflows, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Consultative Stakeholder Management: Function as a primary advisor to client IT stakeholders, leading design sessions, presenting project health updates, and guiding steering committee decisions.
- Risk Mitigation & Governance: Proactively identify project dependencies, flag potential risks early, and present analyzed mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project delivery.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Professional & Technical Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in technology project management within HR tech, MSP, or workforce management environments.
- VMS Mastery: Deep hands-on implementation and configuration experience with major Vendor Management Systems—specifically VNDLY (priority requirement), SAP Fieldglass, or Beeline.
- Global Scope: Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-region VMS implementations.
