Randstad Sourceright EMEA has a Delivery Centre in Budapest, Hungary. TheDelivery Centre consists of a Shared Recruitment Centre (SRC), a Shared Services Centre (SSC) and a Centre of Expertise (CoE). The SRC employs multilingual Recruiters and Sourcing recruiters who are striving to identify and engage with usually hard-to-find top-quality candidates. The Role
As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the candidate pipeline, translating client vacancies into highly successful sourcing strategies. Balancing an exceptional candidate experience with strict adherence to client SLA standards, you will often act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC). This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will work on complex requisitions, high-volume recruitment drives, and diverse, wide-scale projects.
Your responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage the entire sourcing lifecycle—from the initial intake meeting to candidate submission. Your day-to-day responsibilities will span across four key areas:
1. Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
... - Own the Pipeline: Source, screen, and manage the full cycle of active candidates, passive talent, and referrals.
- Master Sourcing Methodologies: Translate job descriptions into targeted search queries across internal databases, job boards, social networks (LinkedIn, Google x-ray searches), and phone sourcing.
- Interviews & Assessment: Conduct phone or video screening calls, complete verbal reviews of qualifications, and determine the cultural and technical fit of candidates within the client's organization.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a supportive guide, focusing on providing a stellar experience at every touchpoint.
2. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Intake Meetings: Join or lead intake sessions with on-site Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand hard/soft skill requirements, team culture, and the working environment.
- Market Insights: Bring valuable market data to stakeholder meetings to consult on and guide the most appropriate recruitment strategies.
3. Data Collection & Analytics
- Information Analysis: Review CVs for pattern recognition to continuously optimize your search queries.
- Reporting: Maintain real-time records of candidate activity and productivity to deliver daily/weekly activity reports to senior management and stakeholders.
4. Process & Administration
- ATS Management: Keep applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) and CRMs meticulously up-to-date.
- SOP Compliance: Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for candidate management and engagement.
Our expectations:
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who is highly organized, analytical, and deeply curious.
Required:
- Experience: Proven track record in a recruiter or sourcer role (experience sourcing for tech, sales, or customer service roles is highly valued).
- Languages: Fluency in English and German (C1 level or higher) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of diverse sourcing methodologies, Boolean search strings, and digital networking.
- Tech-Savviness: Strong skills in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, along with hands-on experience using ATS, CRM, or candidate data management systems.
- Process Discipline: Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to following established processes and strict SOPs in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent professional and intellectual ability.
