The Role: Talent Attraction Specialist
As an Talent Attraction Specialist (Sourcing Recruiter), you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition engine. You'll work closely with international recruitment teams to identify, attract, and engage the best talent across Europe, specifically supporting our German market. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier profiles that align with both skill requirements and company culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Pipeline Management: Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across various roles for Germany.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with our internal recruitment specialists across Germany to understand unique market needs and align sourcing strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market mapping and talent research to stay ahead of hiring trends and provide competitive insights within the DACH region.
- Candidate Delivery: Deliver quality candidate profiles aligned with role requirements and cultural fit.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor conversion rates and ensure timely submissions of high-potential candidates to optimize recruitment efficiency.
- Expectation Alignment: Validate candidate expectations and ensure alignment with German compensation structures and labor market standards before hand-off.
- Data Integrity: Maintain sourcing trackers and systems (ATS/CRM) to accurately track performance and progress.
- Service Excellence: Uphold service excellence by meeting and exceeding internal benchmarks for quality and speed.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in German and English communication skills (written and verbal) is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume settings or within a global context.
- Proactive Mindset: A solution-oriented approach with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research and interpret sourcing metrics.
- Tech Stack: Proven experience with advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Workday (ATS/CRM) is a strong plus.
