how you will contribute
- You will work in the Budapest GCC providing recruitment support for Randstad Switzerland. Your role is to find and contact candidates for open positions in the Swiss market.
your typical day includes
- You will spend your time searching for profiles, posting job ads, and calling candidates to see if they fit the requirements. You will then pass the best profiles to the consultants in Switzerland.
your responsibilities include
- Posting Jobs: putting job ads on different job boards
- Sourcing: finding candidate profiles using LinkedIn and databases
- Screening: calling and messaging candidates in French to check their qualifications
- Submissions: sending the qualified candidate details to the team in Switzerland
your background
- Native French and professional English.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service.
- Able to use LinkedIn and recruitment software.
