Key Responsibilities:

 Handle dealer and customer calls professionally and empathetically.
 Respond to inquiries regarding services and warranty policies.
 Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product usage.
 Resolve first level complaints and escalate unresolved issues when necessary..
 Dealer and Distributor weekly calling and doing regular surveys as and when required.
Key Requirements:
 A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
 Excellent communication skills in (English, Hindi) – both written and verbal.
 Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
