In this role, you are the final checkpoint for critical business agreements and corporate documentation. You will:
Manage Global Flow: Oversee a high-volume shared mailbox, ensuring that internal queries are triaged and addressed with professional urgency.
Document Integrity: Conduct rigorous reviews of legal and corporate documents to ensure they meet strict signatory requirements before execution.
Global Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as a central point of contact for leaders and teams across diverse time zones, explaining processes and resolving roadblocks.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with various niche teams across the international business to streamline the path from "draft" to "signed."
