・ISMS Maintenance and Audit Support: Lead the continuous operation and improvement of the ISMS based on ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and ISO 27018, and manage preparations for and responses to internal and external audits.・Security Management and Risk Oversight: Maintain and strengthen the information security management framework through document management (such as the Statement of Applicability and security policies), task tracking, and incident response support.・Training and Optimization Initiatives: Conduct security awareness training for employees and analyze business workflows and IT systems to propose improvements that balance compliance requirements with operational efficiency.

MUST BE IN JAPAN to be eligible
・Practical Experience and Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in IT, compliance, auditing, or project management. ・Practical knowledge of ISMS/GRC (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST) is essential.
・Project Management Skills: Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to manage and complete long-term projects.
Language Skills: Business-level discussion and communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus).
