About the Role

The Talent Advisor / MSP Consultant is an essential strategic role at Randstad Sourceright (RSR). As a key partner embedded within our client account, you will deliver high-touch recruitment solutions, leverage data insights, and craft futureproof talent strategies in a dynamic market.

In this role, you will manage professional pharma and corporate profiles—including Quality Specialists, Regulatory Affairs, Research, HR, Finance—ensuring a seamless, high-quality recruitment journey from intake to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder & Client Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and hiring managers; conduct intake sessions, align candidate shortlists, and proactively manage expectations regarding market availability, skill sets, and budgets.
• Talent Sourcing & Supplier Management: Lead direct sourcing efforts using modern tooling. When vacancies exceed standard timelines, manage panel suppliers/agencies to maintain talent flow.
• VMS & Process Execution: Maintain strict compliance within the Vendor Management System (VMS), optimizing process implementation and continuous workflow improvements.
• End-to-End Recruitment Coordination: Oversee agenda management, drive hiring manager feedback turnarounds, obtain financial approvals, and coordinate start dates or ad-hoc replacement needs.
• Market Insights & Employer Branding: Gather and analyze market data to generate insights, advise clients on recruitment trends, and contribute to Employer Value Proposition (EVP) strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience within a global organization, specifically within an MSP environment.
• Pharma & Corporate Focus: Track record in recruiting professional white-collar profiles (Pharma, Quality, Regulatory, HR, Finance, IT).
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build strong, consultative relationships with client business leaders.
• Process & Tooling Expertise: Proven knowledge of MSP solutions, VMS tools, and modern talent advisory methodologies.
• Language & Location: Fluency in both Dutch and English is mandatory. Must be able to work on-site at Diemen or Leiden twice per week (within a maximum 1-hour commute radius).
