Role: HR Analytics & Program Management
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Head – HRBP
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven HR professional to drive data-led
HR initiatives across the organization. This role will anchor large-scale HR programs under
the broader HR charter, requiring extensive data analysis, dashboard creation, insight
generation, and end-to-end program governance.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Analytics & Insights
• Own large-scale HR data analysis across workforce planning, hiring, productivity,
attrition, engagement, and cost metrics.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting frameworks
(monthly/quarterly reviews).
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate insights into actionable
recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and standardization across HR data and reporting.
2. Program Management
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of key HR initiatives (e.g.,
workforce planning, capability building, performance cycles, organization redesign,
automation projects etc.)
• Define milestones, timelines, stakeholder communication plans, and risk mitigation
strategies.
• Drive review cadences and ensure adherence to agreed deliverables.
3. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards, HR Operations) and
Business HR teams.
• Act as a bridge between HR and various business critical functions.
4. Governance & Process Excellence
• Establish SOPs and standard operating frameworks for HR programs.
• Create trackers and performance scorecards for ongoing initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting automation and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in HR analytics, program management.
• Ability to manage large volume of data across multiple sources.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced), power point and BI tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and people analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing
priorities
