4. Communication & Change Management Delivery
Support in drafting comms materials
Support execution of communication plans, including employee messages, FAQs,
and engagement sessions.
5. Execution Planning (“ADay” Readiness)
Develop checklists, trackers, and readiness plans for ADay in alignment with HR
leads .
Coordinate operational tasks like terminations, redundancy calculations to ensure all
readiness elements are on track.
6. Employee Data & Compliance Management
Oversee data related activities (data pulls, validation, audits), ensuring accuracy
before presenting to the HRBP.
Coordinate transfer of employee data, personnel files, BGV details, and other
artefacts to SS&C.
Manage operational steps related to employee queries and collate inputs for action or
escalation.
Maintain a central tracker for offers, acceptances, followups, and issues requiring
HRBP involvement.
