    Accounts and Commercial Manager Reports to Managing Director / CEOAccounting related Functions;Sales and Purchase accounting;Indirect expenses and income accounting;Fixed asset accounting;Co-ordination with team to complete the day to day operations and books updationMonthly Payroll processing;Monthly filing of all payroll related compliances;Coordination with Bank for basic treasury functions;Preparation of Sales and COGS working and its reconciliation;Debtors outstanding follow-up and vendor reconciliation;Co-ordination with branch co-ordinators / HO team for funds planning and other operational requirements;Preparation of Monthly Performance MIS and Budget for the management;GST, TDS and other statutory MIS and reconciliation statement and follow-up with vendors and customers;TDS receivables reconciliation and banking related activities;Co-ordination for internal, statutory and other audits;Periodical books closing and creating the required provision and adjustments;Maintain the proper documentation for all the transactions and upload in accounting system;Provide the required data for statutory requirements;Any other assignment given appropriate authority; andHandle all Insurance policy and prepare tracker of validity.Commercial FunctionsNegotiate purchases contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;Tender documentation;Reporting To Managing Director and CFO; andIdentify potential revenue opportunities.Required Candidate profile minimum requirements:Excellent in MS ExcelGood knowledge on TallyGood communication skills
