Responsibilities
ART Orchestration: Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using Kanban and other Agile information tools.
PI Facilitation: Establish and communicate Program Increment (PI) dates; facilitate PI Readiness, System Demos, PI Planning, and Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings.
Roadmap & Dependency Management: Coordinate the deployment of features by meticulously managing architectural needs, order of operations, and cross-team dependencies.
Stakeholder Management: Work with enterprise-wide stakeholders to deliver on commitments and create a transparent end-to-end delivery roadmap.
Risk & Financial Oversight: Proactively manage risks and escalate impediments. Oversee feature financials and report on status, mitigations, and budget to senior leadership.
Coaching & Mentorship: Oversee, coach, and train a small group of professionals within the Agile teams to increase maturity and delivery excellence.
Value Delivery: Ensure value is delivered consistently by leading through ambiguity and applying creative problem-solving to critical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of experience delivering high-complexity Credit Card features within Agile, cross-functional teams.
Data Migration Expertise: 5+ years of direct experience with data conversions (Credit Card data preferred).
Leadership Presence: 5+ years of experience presenting status, risks, issues, and financial health to senior executive leadership.
Financial Management: Strong skills in managing project/feature financials and budgets.
Agile Mastery: Deep understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and the ability to manage the flow of value in large-scale environments.
Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling ability—translating complex technical/Agile data into succinct updates for various levels of business stakeholders.
Education: Post-secondary education is an asset; significant relevant work experience is prioritized.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Certifications: Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMP.
Industry Experience: Prior experience specifically within banking or financial institutions offering credit card products.
