Key Responsibilities
- Service MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for key customer accounts
- Track service KPIs such as SLA adherence, PM Adherence, Complaint response & resolution time, rental DG(Diesel Generators) deployment record
- Generate customer wise and site wise service performance dashboard and share with internal teams and customers
- Data Management
- Maintain service database for key accounts (calls, complaints, PM schedules)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of service records and closures
- Update AMC/contract data, asset details, and service history
- Generate service analytics and trends
- Customer & KAM Support
- Provide data for customer meetings, Governance Meets and performance reviews
- Track open service issues and escalations for key customers
- Monitor contract commitments and service deliverables
- Coordination
- Coordinate with regional service teams for data collection
- Follow up for timely closure updates and documentation
- Ensure MIS submission timelines are met
Skills Required
- Technical Skills:
§ Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
§ ERP / CRM / Service management systems
§ Data analysis and reporting
§ Qualification - B.Tech/Diploma(ITI/Polytechnic)
