Purpose / Role Summary
Support the Manager – Operations Excellence (AI & GenAI) in driving the operational
excellence, automation, and digital transformation agenda across Accounts Payable,
Payroll, and Credit/CSA towers.

strengthens control and process maturity across all functions.
Act as the analytical backbone for Ops Excellence, ensuring insights, RCA,
standardization, and digital enablement are consistently delivered.
Core Responsibilities
People Leadership & Support Operations
Support tower managers (AP, Payroll, Credit/CSA) with structured analysis,
dashboards, SOP updates, issue logs, and RCA documentation.
Maintain weekly/monthly governance packs (KPI dashboards, trends, backlog
reports, exception summaries).
Assist the Manager Opex in coordinating routines, meetings, action-trackers, and
follow-ups across cross-functional teams.
Process Excellence & Standardization
Conduct process studies (cycle time, exception mapping, waste identification)
across all finance towers.
Support creation and maintenance of standardized SOPs, control checklists, and
process playbooks.
Perform RCA using Lean tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto) and document
systemic improvement opportunities.
Track SLA performance, productivity metrics, rework trends, and tower-level
quality indicators.
AI, Automation & GenAI Support
Assist in identifying AI/GenAI and automation opportunities across AP, Payroll,
and Credit/CSA operations. Build test prompts, small prototypes, and concept models using GenAI or
automation tools under guidance.
Prepare data samples, test scenarios, and validation logs for digital pilots.
Track AI/automation adoption metrics, analyze exceptions, and identify
improvement opportunities.
Controls, Quality & Compliance
Support control testing, SOP compliance checks, and documentation updates
across all operational towers.
Review exceptions, mismatches, audit findings, and reconciliation issues;
prepare detailed analyses for corrective/preventive actions.
Assist in ensuring audit readiness through evidence collation and documentation
hygiene.Analytics, Insights & Reporting
Build dashboards, trend charts, and daily/weekly/monthly reports for productivity,
exceptions, defects, and automation impact.
Work with datasets from Oracle, reconciliation tools, and tower-specific sources
to identify insights and opportunities.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making for managers and the
Opex lead.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with AP, Payroll, and Credit/CSA teams to gather inputs, validate
findings, and pilot improvements.
Engage with IT/Access, Procurement, Treasury, HR, Merchant Services, and
Accounting/GL to resolve cross-functional issues.
Support communication and change-adoption efforts for new processes or digital
solutions.
Tools / Systems Exposure (Preferred)

Reconciliation tools: Cadency, ReconNET, AssureNET Analytics tools: Excel (Advanced), Power BI, SQL/queries

Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
4–6 years of experience in business analysis, process excellence,
digital/automation projects, or finance operations
Exposure to Shared Services (AP/Payroll/Credit/CSA)
Lean Yellow Belt/Green Belt preferred; AI/GenAI/Automation certificationsCompetencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with large datasets and convert insights into action
Structured communication and documentation capability
